Cancellations/Rescheduling

In order to provide the best service possible to all clients, 24 hours of notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling of services. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in a 50% charge of scheduled services. Payment must be provided at or before your next scheduled appointment.

Late Arrival/No Shows
We understand life happens! If you find that you will be late to your appointment let us know as soon as possible. Late arrivals will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If we will not have the adequate time to do your service we may have to cancel or reschedule you, in which case you will be subject to a 50% charge of scheduled services.

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your service and do not provide us any notice by call, text message, or email you will be considered a no show. No show's will be subject to a charge of 100% of scheduled services and must contact us to make payment before scheduling their next service.

Special Cases/Other

If you ever are unsure or need information about our services please let us know and we will make sure you receive best service possible! We require that when you arrive for your waxing service you have a minimum of 2 weeks of hair growth to ensure the best results. If you do not have enough hair growth for us to proceed with your service you will be subject to a 50% fee of your scheduled services.
